Konto und Daten löschen

In der App

Sichere vorher, was du behalten willst, zum Beispiel Verträge und Dateien. Danach ist nichts mehr abrufbar.
Öffne Jibeliner und melde dich an.
Geh auf Konto und dort auf Zugang.
Unten steht Konto löschen. Du siehst zuerst, welche Bereiche, Dateien und Verbindungen betroffen sind.
Gib zur Bestätigung deine E-Mail-Adresse ein und wähle Konto endgültig löschen …

Die Löschung läuft sofort und lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen.

Ohne Zugang zur App

Schreib an nico@np-seven.com mit dem Betreff „Datenlöschung“ und der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich anmeldest. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb eines Monats und bestätigen es dir per E-Mail.

Das gilt auch, wenn du Jibeliner über Facebook, Instagram oder YouTube verbunden hast und nur die dazu gespeicherten Daten löschen lassen willst.

Was gelöscht wird

Deine Anmeldung: E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort, Name
Jeder Bereich, in dem nur du arbeitest, mit allem darin: Projekte, Termine, Partner, Angebote, Deliverables, Notizen
Deine Dateien: Videos, Bilder, Aufnahmen, Dokumente und Verträge
Verbundene Kanäle samt Zugangsschlüsseln (zum Beispiel YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
Verbindungen zu Agenturen und damit jeder Zugriff, den eine Agentur auf deine Daten hatte
Mitteilungen und Einstellungen

Was bleibt

Bereiche, in denen noch andere arbeiten. Du verlierst deinen Platz, ihre Arbeit bleibt.
Protokolle darüber, wer wann welche Freigabe gesetzt hat, ohne deinen Namen.
Ein Vermerk, dass ein Konto gelöscht wurde, ohne deine Adresse.
Rechnungen, solange das Gesetz ihre Aufbewahrung verlangt.
Inhalte, die du selbst auf anderen Plattformen veröffentlicht hast. Diese löschst du dort.

Bist du Inhaber eines Bereichs, in dem noch andere arbeiten, löscht die App nichts und sagt dir das. Übergib den Bereich vorher oder entferne die anderen Mitglieder.

Nur eine Verbindung trennen

Du kannst einen verbundenen Kanal in der App trennen. Bei YouTube nehmen wir unseren Zugang dann sofort bei Google zurück und löschen die zu diesem Kanal gespeicherten YouTube-Daten (Einzelheiten in der Datenschutzerklärung). Zusätzlich kannst du die Rechte beim Anbieter entziehen:

Facebook und Instagram: Einstellungen und Privatsphäre → Einstellungen → Apps und Websites → Jibeliner (oder NP7 Creator Suite) entfernen
Google und YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Jibeliner (oder NP7 Creator Suite) → Zugriff entfernen

Delete your account and data

In the app

First save anything you want to keep, such as contracts and files. Nothing can be retrieved afterwards.
Open Jibeliner and sign in.
Go to Account, then Access.
At the bottom you will find Delete account. It first shows which workspaces, files and connections are affected.
Type your email address to confirm and choose Delete account permanently …

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Without access to the app

Email nico@np-seven.com with the subject “Data deletion” and the email address you sign in with. We delete your account within one month and confirm by email.

This also applies if you connected Jibeliner through Facebook, Instagram or YouTube and only want the data stored for that connection deleted.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in: email address, password, name
Every workspace only you work in, with everything inside: projects, events, partners, offers, deliverables, notes
Your files: videos, images, recordings, documents and contracts
Connected channels including their access tokens (for example YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
Connections to agencies, and with them any access an agency had to your data
Notifications and settings

What stays

Workspaces where others still work. You lose your place; their work stays.
Logs of who granted which access and when, without your name.
A note that an account was deleted, without your address.
Invoices, for as long as the law requires them to be kept.
Content you published yourself on other platforms. Delete it there.

If you own a workspace where others still work, the app deletes nothing and tells you so. Hand the workspace over first or remove the other members.

Only remove a connection

You can disconnect a channel in the app. For YouTube we then revoke our access at Google immediately and delete the YouTube data stored for that channel (details in the privacy policy). You can also revoke access with the provider:

Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Jibeliner (or NP7 Creator Suite)
Google and YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Jibeliner (or NP7 Creator Suite) → remove access
